Seoul Soft Academy (SeSAC) is an employment and startup support program run by Seoul Metropolitan Government to provide young people in their 20s and 30s, who are seeking jobs in the city, with opportunities to acquire workplace competencies in areas of new digital technologies for the 4th industrial revolution. SeSAC refers to a training program of the city government to produce 'buds' and further grow young SW talent, and help them make their 'debuts as developers' to realize their dream.

We operate credit-assigned SeSAC class in campus (university-type model of youth employment academy) to increase curriculum and core talent specializing in SW/DT equipped with workplace competencies, and SW knowledge and skills.

We provide project-based learning (PBL) programs for SW developers and job seekers, who are interested in digital transformation and have theoretical knowledge, but in short of practical skills, to help them learn practical skills required at site and improve workplace competencies. - Mentoring by incumbent workers/ Project onboarding/ Startup career camp

We foster talented people equipped with knowledge and skills who will lead the digital transformation centering on incumbent employees working for SMEs and startups.
